Kontrakten omhandler, rivning, knusning og deponering av eksisterende betongbrygge. Der oppføres ny brygge i samme omfang i betong. Der tilrettelegges for anløp av guidebåt ytterst. Brygge øst-side tilpasses universell utformning.
