Kvinnherad kommune ynskjer å inngå rammeavtale om vedlikehald, drift og investering i veglys og tekniske tilhøyrande anlegg til veglysanlegg i Kvinnherad kommune. Kvinnherad kommune driftar i dag 3500 vegljos fordelt på kommunale vegar, i tillegg kan Kvinnherad kommune ha behov for å anlegga nye vegljos i område der det ikkje er kommunale vegljos i dag.
