Through the establishment of the present framework agreement, the Contracting Authority wants to buy advisory services that will be covering both the operation and maintenance of the existing salt cavern wells, and the possible development, operation, maintenance and abandonment of future salt cavern wells. The framework agreement can also be used to facilitate assignments
