Detailed description:

Grimstad kommune skal inngå kontrakt om totalentreprise for bygging av to nye boenheter i form av en vertikaldelt tomannsbolig. Disse skal dekke behovet for nye boliger til helse og omsorgssektoren. Grimstad kommune står som eier av boligen. Eiendommen hvor boligen skal oppføres er på opplandsveien 82, 4877 Grimstad. For ytterligere informasjon om anskaffelsens innhold vises det til del II – kontraktsgrunnlaget.
