24/9372 - Samspillsentreprise for Sande skule

Sunnfjord kommune ynskjer å invitere til konkurranse for samspilsentreprise med etablering av målsum for Sande skule. Intensjonen i denne konkurransen er å knytte til seg ein aktør med rett kompetanse og erfaring for å kunne gjennomføre oppdraget med samhandling. Gjennom samhandlingsfasen skal løysingane for Sande skule utviklast og optimaliserast slik at prosjektet blir levert med riktig kvalitet, til avtalt pris og planlagt med tanke på samtideleg drift av skulen. Det er satt opp førebels plan for overordna framdrift i prosjektet: - Inngåing av kontrakt oktober 2024 - Forventa samhandlingsfase for prosjektering, oktober 2024 - juni 2025 - Forventa byggeperiode mellom juni 2025 - august 2027. Det forventast høg samhandlingsprosess på tema som gjelder: • optimalisering av arkitektoniske og interiørløysingar • materialval • energiløysingar • tilrettelegging for ombruk • planlegging av samtidig drift av skulen i byggeperiode
