Dear tenderer,

EIFO hereby imvites you to the tender on 372740, Framework agreement regarding consultancy services for management and strategy consulting of the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO).

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once registered, your company will have access to all tenders published in CTM, including future tenders.

After registration, you will have access to the tender documents, including all the questions your company must answer and a description of the documents to be submitted with the application

Process

The tender is carried out as an open procedure, thus it only includes one phase with both selection and tendering phase.

Participation in the tendering phase is done by answering the questions in the system and submit the relevant and needed documentions.

Participation

As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to view the tender and all the questions you need to answer, as well as the associated documents that must be submitted in order to be prequalified.

Follow the instructions below when your company is participating in a tender.

  1. Log in to the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you click "Accept", you do not commit to submitting an application for participation, but have simply accepted that you have been granted access to the application material.
  2. By accepting, you gain access to the current call for tenders. You can now answer the qualification questions and attach the documents indicated.
  3. Please note that the request for participation must be made before the deadline. After that, your request for participation will not be received by the contracting authority.

The deadline for requesting prequalification is 2024-09-16 23:59:00, local time.

Questions regarding the tender are asked via "Tenderer Questions and Answers". Questions will be anonymised and sent together with the answer to all tenderers.

Questions that do not relate to the procurement procedure and that do not wish to be published should be submitted via "Message". The contracting authority reserves the right to refer the tenderer to ask such questions via "Tenderer Questions and Answers" if the question relates to the tender.
