Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding: Application for Prequalification for Tender - 374757, Fjenneslev Sol PV-project (FJV_SOL-EPC-PV)

HOFOR Vind A/S (hereafter referred to as 'HOFOR') invites you to apply for prequalification for the tender of the Fjenneslev Sol PV project, also known as Fjenneslev Sol – the engineering, procurement, and construction of a photovoltaic power station, along with the Operations and Maintenance Agreement for Fjenneslev Sol.

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, you must register online in the EU-Supply web-based procurement system CTM. Registration is free, and once completed, your company will have access to all tenders published in CTM, including future ones.

Upon registration, you will gain access to the tender documents, which include a description of the documents that must accompany the application.

PROCESS

The tender process consists of two phases:

Phase 1: Prequalification. Applicants submit the necessary documents for prequalification. HOFOR will then select the applicants who are invited to submit tenders in Phase 2. Refer to 00.08 - Tender Conditions for details.

Phase 2: Tendering. Pre-selected tenderers will submit their bids. This phase may include several rounds of bidding, where negotiation offers, and final offers are submitted. For a detailed description, see 00.08 - Tender Conditions.

To participate in a tender, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into the system and click "Accept". Note that clicking "Accept" does not obligate you to apply; it merely indicates that you have accessed the tender material.
  2. By accepting, you gain access to the current offer. You can now proceed to submit the required documents.
  3. It is important to note that the request to participate must be submitted prior to the deadline. Submissions after the deadline will not be considered by the contracting authority.

The deadline for requesting prequalification is 2024-10-07 13:00:00, local time.

In the bottom left corner, under "User guides", you will find "Tenderer's tender management", a guide for navigating this system.

The prequalification of companies will be determined according to the criteria outlined in the contract notice and the Tender Conditions.

Tender documents can be accessed under the "See tender documents" section.

For inquiries related to the tender, please use the "Tenderer Questions and Answers" feature. All questions will be anonymized, and answers will be distributed to all tenderers.

If you have questions that are not directly related to the tender and wish to keep them private, please send them through "Message". HOFOR may direct the tenderer to use the "Tenderer Questions and Answers" for questions that pertain to the tender.
