Detailed description:

Gymbygget på Lambertseter videregående skole brant ned i 2023. Det planlegges nå å bygge det opp igjen. Bygget skal inneholde to gymsaler, treningsrom og tilhørende garderober og lager. Bygget er i en etasje + underetasje. Byggets BTA er 1199m2. Noe uteareal, ca. 600 kvm skal bearbeides.
