23762-1 - Consultant on publishing energy and climate economics research

We are seeking a consultant who can provide services to the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and our partner institution, the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. The services will consist in guiding postdocs at the OSCE Academy. The postdocs will mainly work on energy transition and climate change issues but may also work on other topics such as geopolitics or the Belt and Road Initiative. Applicants should have strong and relevant academic competence and be flexible and able to navigate complex cooperation with multiple coauthors and institutions.
