Dear Supplier,

Your company is invited to prequalify for 379052, Procurement of Neutral Swap for Synchronous Condensers in accordance with this invitation letter.

Tender-process:

• All questions to Energinet regarding this tender must be conducted via EU-Supply (Question and Answer-feature).
• Answers to questions regarding content and process will be published in EU-Supply in an anonymous form visible to all applicants.  
• Please note that both Energinet and the applicants’ actions are logged in the system.
• Application must be submitted through this system, and before the prequalification deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit an application after the deadline. 
• The deadline for submitting an application is 2024-11-28 12:00:00 Danish local time.

Participation:
Follow these instructions in order to prequalify in this Energinet tender:

1. Log into the system and click accept. Be aware that when you press “accept”, you have just accepted that you have been given access to the tender material and the prequalification process
2. Be aware that your application must be submitted before the deadline 2024-11-28 12:00:00 Danish local time. Otherwise, your application will not be accepted by Energinet.
