Detailed description:

Tilgang til en plattform med chatbot som en tjeneste, inkl. manuell chat og talebot, og konsulentbistand for å bistå interne ressurser. Tilgang til konsulentbistand på timesbasis for rådgivning, kontinuerlig forbedring og videreutvikling, som sikrer at Kunden får mest mulig utbytte av ny og oppdatert teknologi. Mulighet for at Kunden kan bygge og produksjonssette chatbot, manuell chat og talebot for andre områder i etaten, som for eksempel for IT-support, HR, prosjekter, etc.
