Skjervøy kommune ønsker å samlokalisere helsetjenester fra dagens lokaler i Malenaveien og ned til eksisterende bygg på Sandvåghaugan. I den anledning må det foretas utbygging av ny kapasitet samt noen endringer i eksisterende bygningsmasse.
