We hereby invite you to participate in the prequalification for the supply of Framework agreement for the supply of 72.5 kV cables.
General information:
All correspondence between potential tenderers and Nexelis through CTM (Complete Tender Management). Please note that both the Tenderers and Nexel’s actions will be logged in the system.
The Tenderer (whether his Tender is accepted or not) and all other recipients of the Tender Documents (whether they submit a Tender or not) shall treat the details of the documents as private and confidential. Tenderers shall not publish, disclose, copy or otherwise use the same or any particulars thereof, save insofar as may be necessary for the purposes of preparing a Tender without the prior written consent of Nexel.
Nexel will respect the Tenderer’s Intellectual Copyright (e.g. patent, registered design, copyright) and keep the Invitation to Tender process as confidential as possible.

Questions for the tender content and process must be made to Nexel via the Q&A module inside the CTM.
Answers to questions about the tender content and process published in the CTM system are in an anonymous form, where they are made available to all registered Tenderers.
