Detailed description:

Ullensvang kommune innbyr med dette til konkurranse om kontrakt i prosjektet arealeffektivisering 2. etasje Odda Rådhus. Kontorlokalene i 2 etg. I Odda rådhus har ikkje blitt oppgradert på fleire tiår og tilfredsstiller ikkje kravene til arbeidsmiljøloven med hensyn til ventilasjon og klima. Derfor skal arealet bygges om og oppgraderes.

Konkurransen gjeld renovering av Odda rådhus, 2. etasje, i Ullensvang kommune. Teknisk levetid i kontorlokale i 2. etg av Odda Rådhus er nådd og etasjen skal nå rehabiliteres. Kontorarealet tilfredsstiller ikke krav til ventilasjon og inneklima og derfor er det behov for å få dette opp til dagens standard. I samme anledning skal etasjen totalrenoveres.
