Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå kontrakt om renholdstjenester Midtre Hålogaland tingrett, rettssted Harstad, sine lokaler i Håkons gate 4, 9405 Harstad. Lokalene har et bruttoareal på ca. 1000 m2. Lokalene er fordelt på to etasjer og inneholder blant annet rettssaler, møterom, kantine, kontorer og toaletter.
