19/2025 - Investment and trade report on Norwegian Value Creation in Brazil

The Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro requests a report on Norwegian investments in, and trade with, Brazil. The purpose of the report is to map and highlight that Norwegian companies have an extensive presence and investments in Brazil, and that Brazil is an important investment market and partner for Norwegian companies. It should also portray the trade flow between the two countries. The investment report has been published biannually since 2015, with the last edition from 2023. The Consulate General is aware that the report is used and read by several different actors, including both Norwegian and Brazilian authorities. A new concept and format for the report is to be developed by the service provider with input from the Consulate General. The service provider is responsible for collecting all relevant information on Norwegian investments in, and trade with, Brazil, including collecting information from Norwegian companies present in Brazil. The report should be between 20 and 30 A4 pages. The value of the procurement is estimated to a range between NOK 300 000 excl. VAT and NOK 400 000 excl. VAT. This estimate is not binding for the Contracting authority. For further information on the scope and content of the procurement, we refer to appendix 1.
