Veiledende kunngjøring - M3 - Veiledende kunngjøring - Fuglevik renseanlegg - entreprise M3 - Slambehandling - biogass

MOVAR skal utvide Fuglevik renseanlegg (RA) kapasitetsmessig for fremtiden, og for å inkludere avløpsvann som nå renses ved Kambo RA, som skal legges ned. I tillegg har MOVAR fått ny utslippstillatelse, hvor det bl.a. stilles krav til reduksjon av både, fosfor, nitrogen og organisk stoff. Denne anskaffelsen som nå snart skal kunngjøres gjelder Entreprise M3 – Slambehandling - biogass, og er en utførelsesentreprise, basert på NS8405, men med innslag av prosjekteringsansvar. Konkurransen er planlagt kunngjort tidlig april 2025, men dette kan bli endret Entreprise M3 omfatter prosessteknisk utstyr for hygienisering og stabilisering av råslam og fett fra vannrensingen i råtnetanker, hvor det produseres biogass som hovedsakelig skal benyttes i mikrogassturbiner for produksjon av elektrisitet og varme. Hovedkomponenter for entreprisen omfatter: Slam-vann-slam varmevekslere med tilhørende CIP system Holdetanker med varmekappe Ny råtnetank og renovering av eksisterende råtnetank Nye støttevarmevekslere for råtnetanker Ny fakkel og ny gassklokke for biogass Innredning av gasshus med gasskjølere, vifter og nødoverløpskar Ny mikrogassturbin og flytting av eksisterende turbiner Eksosvarmeveksler og kullfilter / kompressor for mikrogassturbiner Kontraktsgjennomføringen er komplisert hva gjelder fremdrift og koordinering, med flere del-ombygginger, siden Fuglevik renseanlegg skal være i drift under arbeidet.
