9969 - Purchase of Spray Dryer

DTU intends to procure a mini pilot plant spray dryer for research and small-scale production of food-grade powders. The system must allow precise control of process parameters including in-let/outlet temperature, air flow, and feed rate. It should be constructed from food-grade stainless steel and designed for easy and thorough manual cleaning, with smooth surfaces and accessible components to ensure hygiene. The spray dryer must be a freestanding floor model, designed with a compact footprint, mounted on wheels to allow mobility within the laboratory. The maximum dimensions of the unit should be Maximum110 cm (width) x 110 cm (depth) x 200 cm (height). Es-sential components include a cyclone separator and a reliable fluid feed system. The unit should support a throughput capacity of up to 2.5 kg/h and be capable of operating at inlet temperatures of at least 230°C. A user-friendly control interface with real-time monitoring and data logging is re-quired for efficient and reproducible operation. Delivery time should be less than 1.5 months after placing order.
