4039455 - Rental of an electric fire engine

Dear potential participant

The contracting entity hereby invites you to a market consultation about a possible future tender in connection with the rental of an electric fire engine for one year, and you are encouraged to submit your comments to the material available under the “Tender documents” tab. In the material, it is also specified which information the contracting entity expects to receive.

Comments must be provided via Digital Tendering. Comments will not be accepted outside the system, e.g., by e-mail.

The deadline for submission of comments is May 9, 2025 at 13:00 CET. 

Comments must be submitted in English or Danish. 

PROCESS

The specific marketing consultation process is specified in the contracting entity’s material.

You participate in the market consultation by submitting your comments to the contracting entity’s documents.

PARTICIPATION

As a participant, you must log in to Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten's internet-based eSourcing system. If you do not have a login, you must first register online, whereupon you will be able to see the market consultation and the related documents and to submit your comments.

Follow the guide below when participating in the market consultation.

1. Log in to the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you click the "Accept" button, you do not thereby undertake to participate in the market consultation, but merely accept access to the material.
2. By accepting, you will gain access to the material of the market consultation. You can now submit comments via the message module, ask questions regarding the material via the Q&A function, and submit an answer.
3. Make sure to submit your comments before the expiry of the consultation. It will not be possible to submit comments after the expiry of the deadline.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The material is available under the "Tender documents” tab.

Questions regarding the material are entered using the "Q&A” function. Questions will be anonymised and submitted, along with the answer, to all the participants of the market consultation.

Questions that do not relate to the consultation and that the participant wishes not to be published must be entered using the "Message" function. The contracting entity reserves the right to request participants to enter such questions via the "Q&A" function if the question concerns the material. Likewise, the contracting entity reserves the right to move the question to the “Q&A” function.
