Dear Applicant for Prequalification,

The Contracting Entity hereby welcomes you to the tender for 396929, Passenger Information System - S-train fleet .

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply’s web-based tender system, CTM. Registration in the system is free of charge, and once your company is registered, you will gain access to all tenders published in EU-Supply’s web-based tender system, including future tenders.

After registration, you will gain access to the tender documents, including all the questions your company must answer and a description of the documents that must be submitted with the application.

 

PROCESS

The tender process is conducted in two phases:

  1. Prequalification Phase: In this phase, applicants request prequalification, and the Contracting Entity subsequently selects the applicants who will be invited to submit tenders in Phase 2. Applications for prequalification are submitted by answering the questions provided in the system and uploading the required documents.
  2. Tender Phase: In this phase, the prequalified tenderers submit their tenders. This phase may consist of multiple tender rounds, including one or more negotiation tenders as well as final tenders. Further details are provided in the tender specifications.

 

PARTICIPATION

As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply’s web-based tender system, CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. Once registered, you will be able to view the tender and all the questions you need to answer, as well as the associated documents that must be submitted to qualify for prequalification.

Follow the steps below to participate in the tender:

  1. Log in to the system and click “Accept.” Please note that by clicking “Accept,” you are not committing to submitting an application for participation but are merely accepting access to the application material.
  2. By accepting, you gain access to the current tender. You can now respond to the qualification questions and upload the required documents.
  3. Please be aware that the application for participation must be submitted before the deadline. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be received by the Contracting Entity.

 

The deadline for requesting prequalification is 2025-09-30 10:00:00, lokal tid.

 

In the lower left corner, under “User Guides,” you can find the “Tenderer’s Tender Management” guide, which provides instructions on how to use the system.

 

SELECTION

The selection of companies to be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the tender notice.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The tender material is available under the heading “View Tender Documents.”

Questions regarding the tender must be submitted via “Tenderer Questions and Answers.” Questions will be anonymized and shared along with the answers with all tenderers.

Questions unrelated to the tender and that are not intended for public disclosure must be submitted via “Message.” The Contracting Entity reserves the right to request that such questions be submitted via “Tenderer Questions and Answers” if they are relevant to the tender.
