Detailed description:
For å sikre vannforsyningen, og for å øke brannvanns-kapasiteten i Kilsund skal Arendal kommune legge nye sjøledninger fra Sjøverstø og bort til Staubø. Det skal legges ca 3,5 km med sjøledninger, og det skal være 5 landtak.
