25/3975 - Rammeavtale for arkitekt- og rådgjevartenester

Sunnfjord kommune står ovanfor store demografiske, økonomiske og pedagogiske utfordringar som gjer det naudsynt å utvikle ein heilskapleg og framtidsretta skule- og barnehagestruktur. Med krav om innsparing og omstilling, er det eit stort behov for å gjere noko med strukturen og sikre eit berekraftig tilbod i kommunen. Omstillingsarbeidet er planlagt gjennomført mellom 2025-2029 noko som og vil utløyse behov for ombygging og tilpassing av eksisterande bygg for nye funksjonar og krav. I tillegg til ovannemnde strukturendringar vil kommune til ei kvar tid ha behov for vurderingar og utgreiingar knytt til anna tenesteproduksjon i kommunen og tilhøyrande formålsbygg. I samband med dette arbeidet ynskjer Sunnfjord kommune v/ eininga Bygg og eigedomsforvaltning å knytte til seg fast team med arkitekt- og rådgjevarar for tekniske fag, og ynskjer derfor å inngå rammeavtale med tre firma som kan tilby og vere byggherren sin fagrådgjevar-/prosjekterande i samband med utvikling av Sunnfjord kommune sine formålsbygg i perioden. All rådgjeving skal vere på norsk med mindre oppdragsgivar oppgjer anna i det enkelte oppdrag.
