Expressions of Interest (EOI) - Provision of Auxiliary Support Services

To ensure seamless and secure delivery of our programs, we are seeking reliable and professional auxiliary support services. This Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) aims to identify experienced firms capable of providing high-quality services on a Long Term (framework) Agreement (LTA) basis for a period of one year, with potential for renewal. Successful firms from this EOI will be pre-qualified and invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) or direct contracting process. Objective of the EOI The primary objective of this EOI is to solicit interest and capabilities from qualified firms for the provision of the following auxiliary support services: • Security Services: Provision of trained and vetted security guards, quick reaction teams, patrol services, and emergency response. • Cleaning Services: Provision of professional cleaning staff, daily cleaning of offices and residential facilities, waste management, and periodic deep cleaning. • Driver Services: Provision of experienced and licensed relief and gap-filling drivers for vehicles, logistics support, and adherence to safety protocols. • Handyperson/Maintenance Services: Provision of skilled handypersons for minor repairs, general maintenance of office and residential facilities, and plumbing/electrical fixes.
