Detailed description:

Sogndal kommune har behov for ein digital møteplattform for politiske møte. Overordna skal plattforma kunne overføre politiske møte til live-streaming og lagring, teksting av møte, og ein integrasjon mot sak/arkiv. Plattforma skal gjere møtegjennomføring enkelt for politikarane og erstatte behov for fleire plattformar. Avtalen inkluderer i utgangspunktet ikkje utstyr, slik som kamera mm. Dette held Sogndal kommune sjølve.
