Kontrakten omfatter bygging av bussholdeplass inklusive «park and ride» ved Islandkrysset (avkjøring nr. 30) mellom E18 og fv. 32 i Holmestrand kommune. Som en del av kontrakten skal det etableres ny busslomme langs vegen, det skal bygges gs-veg/fortau og det skal etableres ca. 20 sykkelparkeringsplasser og ca. 80 parkeringsplasser.
