Anskaffinga gjeld skifte av kledning og verandaer på omsorgsbustadane i Plassen 8 i Sogndal sentrum. Dette er eit bygg frå 1993, og bakgrunnen for utskiftinga er råteskader. For oppdraget skal det bli inngått avtale med ein leverandør. NS 8406 Forenklet norsk bygge- og anleggskontrakt vert nytta som standard avtalevilkår.
