Dear Candidate

Statens Serum Institut welcomes you to the procurement of 406755, Purchase of a new VHP pass through decontamination chamber.

If your company is interested in participating in the above-mentioned procurement, you must register online in the EU-Supply electronic tendering system. It is free to create a user account in the system. Once your company has been registered, you will gain access to all Group Procurement tenders, including future ones.

After registering, you can log in and access the tender documents.

PARTICIPATION:

Please follow the instructions below if you wish to participate in the procurement:

1. Log into the system and click “Accept”. Please note that by clicking “Accept” you are not committing to apply for prequalification or to submit a tender. You are only indicating that you wish to access the tender documents.

2. Once you have accepted and gained access to the tender documents, you can complete the ESPD and attach documents to your application or tender, as specified in the tender documents.

3. Please note that applications and tenders must be submitted via EU-Supply before the deadline. Otherwise, your application and/or tender will not be considered.

OTHER INFORMATION:

No supplementary or additional material, including tender documents, can be requested. All correspondence between the tenderer and Contracting Authority must take place via EU-Supply.

Please note that actions by both Contracting Authority and the tenderer are logged in the system.

Questions regarding the tender itself must be submitted to Contracting Authority via the messaging module in EU-Supply.

3. Vær opmærksom på, at ansøgninger og tilbud skal fremsendes via EU-Supply inden fristens udløb. Ellers vil jeres ansøgning og/eller tilbud ikke komme i betragtning.

Der kan ikke rekvireres supplerende eller uddybende materiale, herunder udbudsmateriale. Al korrespondance mellem tilbudsgiver og Koncernindkøb skal foregå via EU-Supply.
