Project Background Welthungerhilfe has received TOP-UP funding for the ongoing SOM1065 project to support a targeted drought response in Somaliland. This top-up enables interventions in the districts of Saylac and Lughaya (Awdal), Ceerigaabo and Ceel-Afwayn (Sanaag), Caynabo (Sool), and Odwayne (Togdheer). The additional resources will allow WHH to provide immediate support to drought-affected communities while reinforcing community resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and the protection and restoration of key natural resources. “This ToR reflects for Construction and Rehabilitation of Water Infrastructures for the Regions of Awdal, Sool, Sanaag And Togdheer, Somaliland”.
