Oppdragsgiver for konkurransen er Evje og Hornes kommune. Formålet med rammeavtalen er å dekke oppdragsgivers løpende behov for kjøp og levering av VA-materiell. Oppdragsgiver har til hensikt å inngå en rammeavtale med én leverandør. For ytterligere informasjon om anskaffelsens innhold vises det til konkurransedokumentene.
