Dear Applicant for prequalification

the Contracting Authority hereby welcomes you to the tender for 200410066, New Ticket Vending Machine's to DSB.

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it is required to register online in EU-Supply’s web-based tendering system CTM. Registration in the system is free of charge, and once your company is registered, you will gain access to all tenders published in EU-Supply's CTM system, including furture tenders.

After reistration, you will have access to the tender documents, including all questions your company must answer and a description of the documents to be submitted with the application.

PROCESS                                          

The tender process consists of two phases:

1. Prequalification Phase
In this phase, applicants request prequalification, and the Contracting Authority selects the applicants who will be invited to submit bids in Phase 2. To apply for prequalification, you must answer the questions provided in the system and submit the relevant and required documents.

2. Tender Phase
In this phase, the prequalified tenderers submit their tender. This phase may include multiple tender rounds, where one or more negotiation tender and final tenders are submitted. A detailed description of this process is provided in the tender conditions.

PARTICIPATION

As a tender, you must log in to EU-Supply’s web-based tendering system, CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. Once registered, you will be able to view the tender and all the questions you need to answer, as well as the accompanying documents required for prequalification.

Follow the steps below to participate in the tender:

1.     Log in to the system and click ”Accept”. Note that clicking ”Accept”, does not obligate you to sumit an application for particiaption but simply grants you access to the application material.

2.     By accepting. you gain access to the current tender. You can nor answer the qualification questiona and attach the required documents.

3.     Ensure that your request for participation is submitted before the deadline. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted by the Contracting Authority.

The deadline for requesting prequalification is 27/04/2026, locale time.

In the bottom left corner, under ”User Guides” you can fidn the ”Tenderers tender management” guide, which provide instructions on how to use the system.

SELCTION

the selection of comapnies to be qualified will be based on the criteria described in the contract notice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The tender documents are available under the heading ”View  tender documents”.

Questions related to the tender must be submitted via ” Tenderers Questions and Answers”. Questions will be anonymized and shared along the answers with all tenderers.

Questions unrelated to the tender and not intended for public sharing must be submitted via "Message." the Contracting Authority reserves the right to request that such questions be submitted via "Tenderers Questions and Answers" if they are deemed relevant to the tender.
