Oppdragsgiver har behov for å inngå en parallell rammeavtale basert på totalentreprisekontrakt for anleggstjenester av mindre omfang. Rammeavtalen skal omfatte et bredt spekter av anleggstjenester, med blant annet innhold av følgende: - Små VA-anlegg, eksempelvis hasteoppdrag - Små veianlegg, eksempelvis mindre utbedringer - Mindre oppdrag i parker - Mindre oppdrag for Sandnes Eiendom (skoler, barnehager og andre institusjoner) - Mindre oppdrag for renovasjonen - Mindre oppdrag på idrettsanlegg
