The purpose of this RFI is to: •Provide all interested parties with equal access to updated information about Ruter's intent, service parameters, and procurement direction •Invite high-level, non-binding responses across the full value chain •Enable market actors to begin forming partnerships and consortia ahead of a formal procurement process •Allow Ruter to refine its requirements and contract model based on market input
