Detailed description:

Formålet med anskaffelsen er å innhente ekstern bistand til å gjennomføre en systematisk kartlegging og vurdering av dagens praksis for innhenting, bruk og systematisering av data og informasjon i forvaltningen av tilskudd til frivilligheten. På bakgrunn av kartlegging skal det utarbeides forslag til mer helhetlig system for innhenting, systematisering og bruk av kunnskap om resultater av tilskuddene.
