196_JOR_1010 - Provision of Health Insurance, Pension Scheme and Life Insurance for National Staff in the State of Palestine

Founded in 1962, Welthungerhilfe is one of Germany’s largest private organizations dedicated to development cooperation and humanitarian aid. It operates as a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-denominational entity.  The organization’s work across Africa, Asia, and Latin America is primarily funded by public donations. Additionally, it receives grants from global donors, including the Federal German Government, the European Union, the United Nations, and other internationally recognized institutions.  For its activities in the State of Palestine, Welthungerhilfe is inviting qualified and legally registered service providers to submit offers for the provision of staff insurance and welfare-related services under the following lots: Lot 1 - Health Insurance; Lot 2 - Pension Scheme / Social Insurance; Lot 3 - Life Insurance. Bidders may submit an offer for one lot, several lots, or all lots. Each lot must be priced separately and clearly identified in the financial offer. Welthungerhilfe reserves the right to award one, several, or all lots separately, depending on the outcome of the evaluation. The purpose of this tender is to establish and sign a Framework Agreement (FWA) for an initial duration of one (1) year, renewable.
