Detailed description:

Vardø Kommunale Bolig- og Eiendomsselskap skal renovere et brannskadet hybelhus. Bygningen ligger i Strandgata 65 på øya i Vardø og er utført av trekonstruksjoner. Den består av kjeller, 1. og 2. etasje, samt loft og inneholder ni hybler. Kjelleren inneholder en hybel, boder, tekniske rom og fellesrom. 1. og 2. etasje inneholder 4 hybler hver, mens loftet har boder. Den har en grunnflate på ca. 185 BTA. Totalt areal er ca. 766 BTA
