Udbuddet vedrører en kontrakt om en hovedentreprise for anlægs- og rørarbejde, herunder håndtering af smede-, muffe- og montagearbejde for I/S Vestforbrænding (herefter benævnt Bygherre) i forbindelse med etablering af en ny lavtemperatur transmissionsledning strækning 1.0 også benævnt LTL S1.0.
