2.1 Overall Objective To assess WHH's strategic role and positioning in Nepal's evolving development landscape and identify opportunities for future engagement. 2.2 Specific Objectives • Analyze key changes in Nepal's development context and their implications for development actor. • Assess perceptions of WHH's relevance, strengths, added value, and comparative advantages among key stakeholders. • Explore emerging development priorities and opportunities where WHH can contribute effectively. • Explore the role of WHH in the changing context whether it is a facilitator, implementer, convener, innovation broker, knowledge partner, systems catalyst or capacity partners with rationale. • Develop Key Performance Indicators for our new role to measure the effectiveness of strategy • Generate evidence-based recommendations for WHH's future strategic directions, thematic priorities, and geographic focus.
