11330 - Robot-compatible automatic film applicator

DTU requires an automatic robot-compatible film applicator for the reproducible preparation of thin films from coatings, silicone elastomers, and polymer formulations on suitable substrates. The procurement includes the supply, delivery, installation, setup, and commissioning of the system. The equipment shall enable controlled adjustment of relevant coating parameters, including applica-tion speed and film thickness, to ensure uniform and repeatable coating results. The system shall be suitable for formulations prepared in batches of up to approximately 50 g, in-cluding highly viscous liquids and pastes as well as mixtures containing both liquids and powders. The film applicator shall be suitable for integration into automated robotic workflows, including auto-mated handling of substrates and applicator components, automated film application, transfer of product-contact components for cleaning, and remote control and monitoring via a documented inter-face. The supply shall include all hardware, software, holders, adapters, safety components, and other ac-cessories necessary for both manual and automated operation.
