Ullensvang komune skal etablere ein tilkomst/oppstillingplass for kranbil ved elva Kinso. Mot elva skal byggast ein betongmur med høgde ca 2,8 m. Det skal setjast opp gjerde på muren, samt ei lysmast. Det skal leverast eit el. skap. Eksisterande kabel som er lagt fram til elva skal forlengast til el. skapet.
