TMC-SAP Concur Travel - Expression of Interest (EOI) for Travel Management Services

Welthungerhilfe invites expressions of interest (EOI) from SAP Concur-certified Travel Management Companies to provide travel services through WHH’s SAP Concur Travel environment. The service will primarily cover international flights, particularly to and from Africa and other WHH destinations, as well as hotel accommodation and rail travel. Providers should demonstrate experience supporting organisations with multinational traveller populations and comparable international travel needs, supported by reliable traveller assistance in English, German and French. Service commencement is planned for the first quarter of 2027, subject to successful integration and configuration with WHH’s SAP Concur Travel environment. The selected provider will be expected to support implementation and onboarding. This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. The five highest-ranked qualified applicants will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals in the second stage. The invitation is publicly available on WHH’s eTender portal. To access the annexes and participate, interested companies must register for a free supplier account and register their interest in this specific procurement procedure. The remaining tender documents will then become accessible. Companies with an existing account may use their current login. All questions, communications and application documents must be submitted exclusively through the eTender portal. Submissions outside the portal will not be accepted.
