14/2794 - Rammeavtale på elektrikartjenester m/materiel for Flora kommune

'Flora kommune ynskjer å kjøpe elektriker tjenester ihht lov og forskrift om offentlig innkjøp, ihht Flora kommune sitt økonomiregelverk, samt få etabler ei avtale som kan forenkle og effektivisere dei administrative oppgavene i forhold til tilbod/prisar, kjøp, oppfølging og faktura handsaming. Dette inkluderar også bruk av Flora kommune sitt eHandel system. Flora kommune, ynskjer å inngå en 2-årig rammeavtale med opsjon for ytterligere 1+1 år om kjøp av elektrikartjenester og materiell. Tjenestene skal utførast på alle typar kommunale bygg, veglys samt VA tekniske innstallasjonar. Vi ynskjer følgjande avtaler: - Avtale 1. Ei avtale på elektro innstallasjons tjenester for heie Flora kommune. Tjenestene som skal leverast er på elektro sterk og svak- straum, autaomasjon, IKT, veglys. Samt elektromateriell som blir levert i samband med oppdraga. Matriell avtalen vil kunn inkludere lyskjelder der det blir levert lampe/armatur samtidig. - Avtale 2. Ei avtale for internkontroll, elektro. Den leverandør som får avtale på el-installasjons tjenester vil ikkje få avtale om el-ettersyn. Dette av habilitet/uavhengighets hensyn. - Avtale 3. Ei avtale for brannalarmanlegg og nød/ledelys, denne ynskjer vi å ha som ein oppsjon sett ut frå korleis tilbyder beskriver løysing. Dette pga at det er mange ulike system. Alle kommunale foretak og tjenester skal benytte seg av avtalen. Avrop skjer etter nærmere bestilling fra oppdragsgiver sin side.
