39-BYM-2019 - Oppgradering av Olav Vs gate og Klingenberggata

Bymiljøetaten har behov for å anskaffe entreprenør for bygge- og anleggsarbeider for prosjektet Olav Vs gate. Prosjektet har sin bakgrunn i bestilling fra Byrådsavdelingen for miljø og samferdsel i Oslo kommune om å ombygge Olav Vs gate og Klingenberggata til gjeldende regulering. Gjeldende regulering ble vedtatt 26.10.2011. Med ombyggingen er det mål for kommunen at gatene skal være fotgjengerprioritert og legge til rette for økt byliv. Dette innebærer blant annet gågatedel i nordre del av Olav Vs gate og utvidede fortau i søndre del av Olav Vs gate. Prosjektet har også blitt valgt til å være pilot for utslippsfri anleggsplass i Miljøhovedstadsåret 2019. Dette vil være en viktig del i anskaffelsen samt at man har inngått egen konsesjonsavtale for leie av utslippsfrie anleggsmaskiner til bruk i denne entreprisen.
