23 /2019 - Anskaffelse av entreprenør til rehabilitering av Toftes gate 69
Toftesgate 69 krever en større rehabilitering. Refundamentering blir utført som egen entreprise i juni – august 2019. Etter dette skal bygningene i Toftes gate 69 rehabiliteres både utvendig og innvendig. Arbeidene inkluderer omlegging av tak, oppjustering av teglfasade, isolering og utbedring av teglfasade mot bakgård, ny heis og nytt teknisk anlegg mm.
