Prosjektet dreier seg om utbygging av infrastruktur til Holstad bustadfelt. Det skal etableres nye samle- og adkomstveger, nytt anlegg for overvann-, vann- og avløpsledninger. Det skal trekkes nye rør for strøm og fiber og samlevegen opp Holstad skal belyses.
