FURTHER INFORMATION
The tender documents are available under the tab “Tender documents”. The Contracting Entity is in the process of transferring its technical requirements into its compliance (requirements) management system (‘Relatics’). Volumes 5, the main part of Volume 6, Volume 7 and 8 have been transferred and the published documents contain ID-numbers from the Relatics system rather than paragraph numbering. Volumes 3, 4, 6 and the remaining parts of Volume 6 are still to be transferred and are published with paragraph numbering and not Relatics ID numbers. These volumes will be reissued with the Relatics references.
The Contracting Entity will also make available an export file from the Relatics system in order that tenderers may import this into their corresponding compliance (requirements) management system.
Questions pertaining to the call for tenders must be entered using the “Questions and answers function”. Questions will be depersonalized and submitted, along with the answer, to all tenderers.
Questions which do not pertain to the call for tenders and which the tenderer wishes not to be published must be entered using the “Message function”. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to refer the tenderer to enter such questions using the “Question and answers function” if the question pertains to the call for tenders.
For technical questions regarding use of the system, please contact EU-Supply Support at tel. +45 70208014 (#) or by e-mail dksupport@eu-supply.com.
