Oslo kommune ved Utviklings- og kompetanseetaten, avdeling for innkjøpstjenester (heretter kalt Oppdragsgiver) inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med inngåelse av samkjøpsavtale for kjøp av AV-utstyr. Avtalen innbefatter også montering, service og vedlikehold.
