The scope of the tendering procedure The realisation of a new application landscape for the online booking of international trips and the declaration of travel expenses; The realisation of an Intermediary Service for the fulfilment, invoicing process and facilitation of Full Service Travel. The intended result of the tendering procedure is: An Agreement with a supplier of a software solution for international travel (travel application), whereby the supplier also supplies the Service for a separate Expense Module and Intermediary Service for fulfilment, invoicing and facilitation of Full Service Travel. This is possible as a Subcontractor if the Expense Module and/or Intermediary Service is not an integral part of the Supplier's Service; A professional and constructive partnership aimed at innovation and pro-activity in order to perpetuate and improve Travelpoint.
