Oppdragsgiver har behov for å inngå en rammeavtale for kjøp og leie av AV-utstyr. Rammeavtalen skal dekke kommunens behov for utstyr både til eksisterende bygg og nye bygg, og gjelder blant annet kjøp av møteromsutstyr (lyd, bilde, videoutstyr, etc.), interaktivt AV-utstyr, prosjektering, montering, opplæring, og service.
