Detailed description:

E136 Breivika- Lerstad er en del av «Bypakke Ålesund». Det er et stort behov for opprusting av transportsystemet i Ålesund. Denne kontrakten innebærer utbygging av ny 4-felts veg i en to-løpstunnel fra Breivika til Lerstad. Vegen skal avlaste både dagens Lerstadveg (fv. 398) og E136 gjennom bydelen Moa og Åse.
