202200120 - Procurement of framework agreement for consultancy services for audit, organizational-, financial- and project management

The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Dar Es Salaam, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, is inviting participation in tender procedure to establish contracts for providing consultancy services in connection with auditing, financial management and partner assessments. The Contracting authority shall enter into one framework agreement for audit and financial management services (Contract #1), and one framework agreement for partner assessments (Contract #2). To ensure sufficient capacity, the Contracting authority will enter into up to three parallel framework agreements for both Contract #1 and Contract #2. The mechanism for how the assignments will be distributed between the service providers is described in the framework agreement section 6.2. The value of Contract #1 is estimated to a range between 2 MNOK and 4 MNOK, and 4 MNOK is the maximum value of the contract. The value of Contract #2 is estimated to a range between 2 MNOK and 4 MNOK, and 4 MNOK is the maximum value of the contract. These estimates do not give the Contracting authority any obligation to purchase any given volume under the contract period. The framework agreements will be non-exclusive and have a duration of four (4) years.
